FLAGSHIP GALA
Since 2005, the Christmas Ball has been the crown jewel of Monaco's winter season. Held at the legendary Hôtel de Paris Salle Empire and Hôtel Hermitage, this black-tie charity gala brings together international elites under the High Patronage of H.S.H. Princess Charlene of Monaco. Over 20 editions, it has raised more than €1.5 million for the Princess Charlene Foundation, supporting drowning prevention and children's education worldwide.

Founded in 2021, the Women of Monaco initiative brings together the Principality's most influential women through curated quarterly lunches, annual distinction awards across eight categories — Culture, Fashion, Art, Health, Media, Entrepreneur, Philanthropy, and Sport — and an exclusive club for networking and empowerment. Supporting the Princess Grace Foundation and other charitable causes.
OUR STORY
Five Stars Events was born from the vision of Sandrine Knoell — a Strasbourg native who fell in love with the Côte d'Azur at fourteen and never left. After studying Business Science at the International University of Monaco and building a career in television as a presenter for Monte-Carlo SAT, Sandrine channeled her passion for people and perfectionism into event production.
What began as 5 Stars Prod — producing television shows and hosting Monaco's most prestigious ceremonies, from the Rallye Monte-Carlo to the Film Comedy Festival — evolved into Five Stars Events, a full-service luxury event house. In 2005, Sandrine created the Bal de Noël, which quickly became the most anticipated charity gala of Monaco's winter season.
Today, Five Stars Events continues to set the standard for luxury event production in the Principality and beyond.

A prominent figure in Monaco's social and cultural scene for over two decades, Sandrine Knoell brings a rare blend of media expertise, creative vision, and personal warmth to every event she produces. From her early career as a television presenter for Monte-Carlo SAT to consulting for Eurosport and hosting the Principality's most prestigious ceremonies, Sandrine has been at the centre of Monaco's most memorable moments.
Her philosophy is simple: know every guest by name, anticipate every need, and ensure every event reflects the highest standards of Monaco elegance. It is this personal touch — combined with meticulous planning and an uncompromising eye for detail — that has earned Five Stars Events the trust of Monaco's most discerning clientele.
