Your concierge is a dedicated, private instance configured exclusively for you. It learns your preferences, has access to your calendar and relevant services, and operates under strict Monaco data sovereignty. It is not a generic chatbot — it is a personal assistant that improves with every interaction.
Where is my data stored?
All data is processed and stored on dedicated servers physically located in the Principality of Monaco, hosted by Monaco Telecom. Your data is governed exclusively by Monegasque law (Law No. 1.565 of 2024) and never leaves the Principality. Each client receives their own isolated infrastructure, meaning your data is never co-mingled with other users.
I am not a European citizen. Does GDPR apply to my data?
Monaco is not part of the European Union, and your data is not subject to GDPR or any other extraterritorial regulation. It is governed solely by Monegasque data protection law, which provides robust privacy safeguards while maintaining the legal independence of the Principality. This is particularly relevant for residents from the Middle East, Asia, and other non-EU jurisdictions who value true data sovereignty.
Do I need to install an app?
Your primary interface is WhatsApp — just message your assistant like you would a friend. For deeper integrations such as calendar synchronisation, banking connections, and personalised settings, we provide a companion app available on iOS. Setup is handled during your onboarding.
Can I try it before subscribing?
We offer a complimentary consultation where we demonstrate the service and tailor it to your needs. Join the waitlist and we will arrange a personal introduction.
What languages are supported?
French, English, Italian, Russian, and German — with more languages available on request. Your concierge adapts to the language you message in.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and all your data will be permanently deleted upon request.
