By using this website or booking events through our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Account registration
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You remain responsible for activity under your account.
Event bookings & tickets
Tickets are delivered digitally only. E-tickets are sent by email and are also accessible in your client dashboard. No physical tickets are shipped.
Payment terms
Payment is due at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices, taxes, and applicable charges are displayed before payment confirmation.
Cancellation & refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the specific event terms, timing, and applicable law. Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Event changes or cancellation by organizer
Event details may change due to operational, safety, regulatory, or force majeure reasons. If an event is cancelled by the organizer, replacement options or refund terms will be communicated to ticket holders.
Club membership (Women of Monaco)
Membership applications are subject to review and approval. Membership fees, renewals, and benefits are governed by the applicable club terms in effect at the time of subscription.
Intellectual property
All content, branding, event materials, and platform elements are owned by Five Stars Events SARL or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Five Stars Events SARL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or event participation.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Monaco.
Dispute resolution
Parties agree to seek an amicable resolution first. Failing settlement, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Monaco, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
